As a native La Jollan, Warren Sharkey's name is synonymous with the coastal San Diego County real estate market, where his well-established reputation and unmatched market knowledge has made him a frontrunner in San Diego's residential real estate industry. Son of renowned San Diego attorney and Judicate Judge, Tom Sharkey, Warren has always had an interest in the process. His mother was also a successful San Diego real estate agent for over 40 years. After graduating from San Diego State with a ... double major in Public Administration and Marketing, Warren began his career in London as a marketing consultant for Point London, a marketing and public relations firm for Barristers and solicitors. It was there, where he was able to hone his skills for his interests in both marketing and the law. After returning stateside, Warren became the CEO of LTM solutions, a firm specializing in marketing for realtors and mortgage companies. He later founded loan brokerage, Coast Financial. However, his true passion is building relationships and marketing. He found the perfect combination in becoming a real estate agent. Warren has a great love for the ocean. He is an active member of the Windansea Surf Club, Surfrider Foundation and volunteers for the annual La Jolla Rough Water Swim.
